"I'm a woman past sixty about to leave New York for love." So much in this sentence. Big fan of your writing!

I pondered the 60 year old woman leaving NY for love a while. I was surprised by Richard’s stand up straight comment, because it sounded harsh and like he wants to change you, or he wants you to be your best self? Made me think and question. Always love your tangents that make sense on an emotional level perhaps.

"I ask how we should understand a zoo, then, and he says as a place where animals are in between their ideal states, and I think this is true of us, too, and I realize I don’t know what my ideal state is." Such food for thought!

What a wild depiction of budding love! A column as deep as the ocean with the stillness of the desert. Art!

It makes you think you’re in a place that is old and has been stripped of things you don’t need. Most of my personality I don’t need. Too bad I can’t leave it on the side of a road.

Me. I don’t need most of it either
